Terms of sale for Hearing Aid Accessories
These terms and conditions are for Crystal Hearing Limited only. Effective from 31st January 2020.
Our intention is to give honest, professional advice, and to work wholly ethically.
Please note delivery can take up to a week on average. This is because we order direct from the manufacturers to ensure your warranty is running from the date of order (as opposed to retailers who stock items, and the ‘manufacturers’ warranty is expiring on the shelf). Some of the manufacturers have stopped doing direct shipping, meaning they now send to us and we then send the item to you; other manufacturers import from their European stock centres. If you do not receive your item within 7 days please notify us.
30 day money back guarantee
Your hearing aid accessories are supplied with a 30-day money back guarantee commencing from the date of shipment provided that they are returned to us (in person or by insured post) in their original / as new condition (including packaging) within this period.
The credit return period commences from the date of us ordering the product/s.
If products are ordered incorrectly or for incompatible hearing aids we may charge a small handling fee (£10 or less).
All hearing aid accessories are supplied with a 1 or 2 year UK manufacturers warranty as indicated clearly on each product page.
The warranty period commences from the date the manufacturer sends out the product/s. We order direct from the manufacturer upon receiving each order to ensure you warranty is not expiring prior to order – unlike some other ebay suppliers who stock items.
The warranty covers all costs by the manufacturer only for repair of mechanical or physical ‘fault’ within this period.
Liability for damage arising from accidental damage, misuse, water damage, or attempted repair by persons other than those authorised by us or by the manufacturer, are specifically excluded from the warranty, and if occurring may invalidate your warranty. Please contact Crystal Hearing in the first instance of any problems.
Cost of postage returns for faulty items is the responsibility of the customer.
Loss & Damage of Accessories
Loss of, or damage to, accessories is not covered by us or the manufacturer.
Clients are responsible for damage to or loss of their accessories and we advise including items under home insurance if you have any concerns on this matter.
Clients shall pay for insured posting costs incurred by us to cover against loss of their hearing aid accessories in transit, if their items are not covered by their own insurance.
